How do I apply online?

You will need a social security number or individual taxpayer identification number, debit or credit card, checking account & routing number, a government issued photo ID, and to be 18 years or older.

What forms of ID are accepted with by RTB Shopper application?

We accept US-issued identification including Driver's License, government-issued Green Card, government-issued ID card, Military ID, Passport, and State ID card.

Can I order more than one product?

You have the ability to lease a number of products as long as the total does not exceed your approved spending limit.

Do I need credit in order to shop with RTB Shopper?

Credit is NOT needed in order to lease merchandise from RTB Shopper. Credit information and consumer reports may be reviewed to determine your creditworthiness.

Will my item be new, pre-leased, or refurbished?

Your merchandise will always be brand new and unopened. RTB Shopper does not currently offer refurbished items.

Why is my Social Security Number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number required to lease online?

While RTB Shopper does NOT require credit, we use your SSN or ITIN to check consumer databases and reports and other information gathered from third-parties in order to determine your creditworthiness.

The lease online option is unavailable in my area. What does this mean?

Unfortunately, online leasing is not available in states with laws which make it harder to lend money, or outside of the US.

How do I create an account?

Quickly and easily create an account by going to www.rtbshopper.com/login and using the Create An Account form.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

You can reset your password by completing a short form at www.rtbshopper.com/forgot_password. You will need to know the email address associated with your account in order to successfully reset your password.

What do I do if I'm locked out of my account?

If you cannot remember your email address, no longer have access to the email address associated with your account, or have tried to reset your password and are still having trouble, please contact our Customer Service at [email protected] or by calling: 855-785-6501.

Order and Payment Questions

How do I make payments online?

Our leasing and financing agreements are sent to third party. To start making your payments online you will need to visit their website.

What credit cards do you accept for the initial or down payment?

We accept ALL major credit cards for down payments; American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.

How will my merchandise be delivered?

Most items are available for same day, in-store pick up in most location. In some cases, your merchandise may be available for delivery to your address on file.

What should I do if something is damaged during delivery?

Please contact your local store immediately if you find that your item(s) arrives damaged.

Can I track the delivery of my merchandise?

If you've been approved, you will receive a pick-up or shipping email which contains information about your order(s). If your merchandise is eligible for delivery, you will be provided with a tracking number.

How long will it take for my merchandise to arrive?

Delivery times may vary based on the products you’ve selected. An expected delivery date can be found during the checkout process and in your confirmation email.

Will this affected my FICO score?

Applying will not affect your credit oir score, but if you do not pay your lease payment and do not return your leased item(s), these things can certainly negatively impact your FICO score.
