The NordicTrack RW500 Rower is a new take on an old-school workout. An efficient form of exercise, the rower’s core strength is focusing on your own as you work out. Quickly and smoothly adjust the SMR Silent Magnetic Resistance so you can fine-tune your resistance or switch to more cooling air with a turn of a knob. You can also adjust the pedals to find the most comfortable position or target specific muscle groups. Once you finish your workout, it folds up using SpaceSaver design and rolls away from where it's been stored with ease for compact storage in small spaces around your home.
